Spirogen identity project overview

We created this strong and fluid identity for Spirogen, a spin out company at the London School of Pharmacy. They had discovered a way of predicted pre-cancerous cells through a patient's DNA which was revolutionary in the world of medicine. We created the whole suite of logos, web design and stationary that all start up companies need and they went away delighted.

What happened:

One of the most successful spin out companies, based at the London School of Pharmacy had discovered an amazing gene targeting technique. A day in the lab taught us that using SP-2001, cancer cells could be identified by their DNA code, these cells were highlighted and 'switched off'.

They needed second round funding, to get through trials and to license the technology.

Why it was good:

The identity got an overhaul, more evolution than revolution. A new stand, marketing materials and more importantly, the website got the technology in front of the people that mattered.

When it was finished:

SP-2001 has been licensed in the USA and is in Phase 1 clinical trials. We continue to watch wide eyed as the technology progresses as well as making sure everybody knows about it.
