Leaving a gift in your will is one of the most effective ways of giving to a charity, but it is also a delicate question to ask.Banardo’s had just gone through a corporate identity review, so all of the new materials had to be within the new brand guidelines, which at the time, were work in progress. But that’s meat and drink to us.
First of all we designed a theme that would bring all of the materials together. This included a little bit of copywriting and a lot of photo research. The suite of materials is quite extensive, from a simple ‘take one’ flyer to a booklet explaining Banardo’s free will scheme. They needed to be produced in English, as well as Welsh, whilst looking the same. If you have ever worked with Welsh translations, you will know, the text can be up to a third longer and reducing the point size of the text was not an option.
We designed bang on brand and Banardo’s now have a suite of materials to help insure children get the help they need and donors can contribute by leaving a legacy that will last.
